Kernel:

  • Update of Dreambox-DVB-modules, new driver for DM600

  • For the DM500 now two images are built

The default with the current driver, and the same image again but with the old framebuffer driver

Enigma:

  • Softcam setup: immediately start default softcam at bootup (instead of waiting for scrambled channel)

  • Added “time sync method” setting, allowing to ignore transponder time (and rely on system time instead)

  • Added ‘zapstream’ support (thanks to Sjaaky)

  • Added syslog support for enigma

  • Fixed showing marker in second column of serviceselector

  • Added support for autostart plugins (type 4)

  • Added support to register an external player to a file extension or directory name (plugin type 5)

For example: now you can play DreamDVD without any further plugin

  • Fixed starting spinning of the harddisk when the PLi setup was entered

  • Fixed some bugs in “recording and playing”

  • Added update period in inadyn plugin

Beetje jammer dat in de 500-image niet de laatste CCcam (2.0.1) vastgebakken zit, maar de voorlaatste (2.0.0).

Wat is op een 600 met Helenite RC de beste methode?

klopt het dat het niet vanuit het menu kan?

Bij “software update” in het systeem menu komt alleen

“Box voorbereiden op nieuwe software”

Een OE box (600, 7020) upgrade je door de box in stop mode te zijn (zit in het PLi menu, voor andere images moet je een truuk uithalen).

Voordat je dat doet eerst ff het IP adres opsnorren, daarna de box herstarten, en met je browser naar het IP adres gaan.

Vandaar kun je een nieuwe image uploaden.

Als ik via ‘Internet update’ wil updaten krijg ik de volgende keuze:

(1)PLI Helenite 20070709 (with new tuner/framebu… meer kan ik niet zien), of

(2)PLI Helenite 20070709

Ik heb een DM500 oud model. Welke moet ik kiezen (ik vermoed optie 2)?

Waar zit je dan te kijken, dat je niet meer kunt zien?

Zie de PLi Website voor de downloads. Gewoon de DM500 nemen, tenzij je vorige keer ook die met de oude driver moest pakken (DM500*).

Blijven bij de geschetste werkwijze voor de OE box de settings behouden (ik denk hierbij aan de optie “SmartSettings Copy from active image” in FlashWizzard)?

Bij het updaten van oe images via de web browser blijft er geen enkele setting of plugin behouden. Het is dus een echte clean flash.

Wil je toch je settingslijst bewaren, dan kun je dit doen met dreamEdit, en daarin de satellites.xml verwijderen.

Ik zou ook geen backup gebruiken , omdat die de satellites.xml overschrijft, en zoals je in de release notes kunt lezen is deze juist aangepast.

Wat gek zeg, ik zie Nederlands er niet meer bij staan, wel Fries, maar das natuurlijk geen Nederlands. Nouja, zal wel vergeten zijn om er bij te zetten.

Ik ga h’m er inzetten dus ik zie straks wel of Nederlands echt weggehaald is. :+1:

Ik zag het zojuist, ik vond het al gek. Nog bedankt voor de image!!!

Heb hem erop gezet , alleen deze heeft nog dezelfde egenaardigheid als de RC1 .

En wel dit:

Ik gebruik de Screwed Stone skin , als ik dan op de VIDEO knop druk moeten in de skin de videoknoppen zichtbaar worden , dit gebeurt niet , de EPG data blijft zichtbaar , echter de video-knoppen worden dan wel aktief .

Druk ik nu meerdere malen op de VIDEO knop dan worden die knoppen wel weer zichtbaar in de skin .

Voor de rest nog geen onvolkomendheden kunnen ontdekken .

Kan iemand hier iets meer uitleg over geven?

Hoe kan ik zien welke ik moet gebruiken in mijn twee DB-500?

Waarom zit er een Cam ingebakken, in de DB-7020 image zit er ook geen?
